Automation for training facilities
More reviews. More members back. Every inquiry answered.
Alipta helps training facilities get found on Google and keep their community coming back. It runs automatically, without adding to your day.
Free audit · No commitment · You approve every message
Example: after a session ends, the facility texts Jordan's parent asking for a Google review, and a new five-star review comes in. Later, when Jordan hasn't trained in 30 days, the facility texts a friendly check-in, the parent replies yes, and a session is booked for Thursday at 4pm.

The problem
Where good facilities lose families
-
You're buried on Google.
The top facilities in local search often have 100+ reviews. Most have a fraction of that, even with a great reputation through word of mouth.
-
Families who stop training never hear from you again.
A player takes a break. Nobody reaches out. The family moves on.
-
Inquiries sit while you're coaching.
A parent fills out your form or leaves a voicemail during lessons. By the time you call back, they may have gone somewhere else.
The system
What we set up
-
Review requests
Every family gets asked at the right moment, with a direct link to your Google review page.
-
Win-back campaigns
Former members get a personal message inviting them back, like a free re-evaluation or a new seasonal program.
-
Instant follow-up
Every new inquiry gets a text and an email within seconds, then follow-ups until they book.
-
Google Business Profile cleanup
The right categories, photos and services, and the same info everywhere, for every location.
Add-ons: a referral program, and check-in texts for current members.
One system
One system instead of five.
Most owners juggle these, or pay for them separately:
- A review request tool to ask families for Google reviews
- A texting tool to reach parents where they actually read
- A CRM or a spreadsheet to keep track of who's who
- A booking page for evaluations and first sessions
- Front-desk follow-up time spent chasing callbacks
Does all five jobs, set up and run for you, in your facility's name.
Already use scheduling software like Mindbody? Alipta works with it instead of replacing it.

How it works
Getting started
Free Google visibility audit
We look at how your facility shows up on Google and where it's losing ground.
30-minute walkthrough
You see the system running under your facility's name before you decide anything.
We set it up
Inside the tools you already use. You approve every message before it goes live.
Then it runs on its own
- Within seconds of every new inquiryA text and an email go out, then follow-ups until they book.
- Within an hour of every sessionA review request goes to families who haven't left one yet.
- Every MondayFamilies who haven't trained in 30 days get a friendly check-in.
- On the 1st of every monthYou get a results report: reviews, ranking, booked evaluations and returning members.
90-day pilot
Start with a 90-day pilot
Here's what we track and report on:
- Google review count
- Local search ranking
- Booked evaluations
- Former members who return
We report what actually happens. We don't promise a #1 ranking. Nobody honest can.

Priced for your facility
Every facility is different, so we quote after your free audit. The audit costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.
Guardrails
Guardrails we don't bend
- You approve every message template before it goes live. Nothing goes out in your name that you haven't seen.
- A real reply stops the automation. When a parent writes back, the follow-ups pause, so a message never talks over a real conversation.
- Parents can opt out with one reply. Every text says how, and replying STOP ends them right away.
- Texting follows opt-in rules. Families only get texts after they've agreed to them.
- Your facility owns its data. Your texting number, Google profile, review link and contact lists stay in your name. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
- Messages come from your facility, not from us.
- We collect only what's needed to book. No medical information.
- We ask every family for a review. No filtering out unhappy ones and no rewards for reviews. Those are Google's rules, and we follow them.
From the founder
Built by an athlete, not an agency
I'm a pitcher who trains at a local facility in Cincinnati. When I took time off, nobody reached out to bring me back. Great facilities lose families just because nobody follows up, so I built the system I wish mine had.
FAQ
Questions
Do I need new software?
No. We set Alipta up inside the tools you already use. If something's missing, like a texting number, we set it up in your facility's name, and it stays yours.
Who sends the messages?
Your facility does. Every text and email goes out under your name, from your number and your email address. Families hear from you, not from us.
How much work is this for me?
About 30 minutes for the walkthrough, plus a look at the message templates before anything goes live. After that it runs on its own, and you get a short report on the 1st of every month.
How long does setup take?
It depends on your tools and how many locations you have. You'll get a timeline after the walkthrough, before anything starts.
What does it cost?
It depends on your facility, so we quote after the free audit. The audit itself is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
What if I already use StatStak, Mindbody or Upper Hand?
Good. Alipta works alongside your scheduling system, so your staff and families don't have to learn anything new. Tell us what you use on the form, and we'll show you how it fits during the audit.
Can families stop the texts?
Yes, any time. Every text explains how, and replying STOP ends them right away. Families only get texts after they've agreed to them.
